How do I track my order?

How to check your tracking information:

  1. Log in to your account and select the ‘My Activity’ - [Purchases] section.

  2. Click the [Track] link in your Order list and check for your Tracking Information.

or,

  1. Check your email inbox which is registered in MyMusicTaste.

  2. Click the [Track My Order] link via the email sent and you could track your package.

**Please be advised that you will receive an individual email including your tracking number as soon as your order has been successfully dispatched.

***Once you have not yet received your tracking information, it means that we are working on processing your order as we seek your patience accordingly.

 

송장 번호(배송 현황)를 확인하는 방법은 다음과 같습니다:

  1. 마이뮤직테이스트에 로그인하신 후, ‘나의 활동’ - [주문내역]을 클릭해 주세요.

  2. 주문 목록에서 [배송조회] 링크 클릭을 통해 배송 현황을 확인하실 수 있습니다.

또는,

  1. 마이뮤직테이스트에 등록된 이메일 - 받은메일함을 확인해 주세요.

  2. 받으신 송장 번호 안내 메일 내 [배송 조회] 링크를 클릭하시면, 배송 현황을 확인하실 수 있습니다.

**송장 정보가 확인되지 않는 경우, 주문을 발송하기 위해 준비 중인 상태임을 의미하여 잠시만 기다려 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

***주문이 정상적으로 발송되면, 마이뮤직테이스트에 등록된 이메일 계정으로 송장 번호 안내 메일이 개별 발송됨을 알려드립니다.
